Not every change has to go through “healing.” Coaching is about something simpler and often more transformative: finding your own direction, tuning your inner compass, and making decisions that are aligned with you — not with other people’s expectations.
This is not therapy. This is not mentoring. This is a conversation where you are the expert on your own life, and I help you hear the voice that has been with you all along — only it got covered by noise: “I have to,” “I should,” “it’s not appropriate,” “what will people say.”
We work with your goals, desires, and the places where you feel stuck. Sometimes you need strategy. Sometimes courage. And sometimes a very clear: “hello — you already know this.”
In my approach, even what you call a “flaw” is information. And it can be turned into a resource.
